X7 recall for loose seat bolts

The BMW X7 has received its first recall, but luckily the issue has been identified prior to anyone taking deliveries. Around 31 units of the new flagship SUV are reported to have loose seat bolts that may not have been adequately tightened. BMW has likely already repaired most of the affected models. https://www.carscoops.com/2019/04/bmw-x7-is-being-recalled-in-the-u-s-over-loose-seat-bolts/

Deliveries should be underway now, so I'm confident that this has already been resolved for anyone with one on order. Catching these kinds of problems early on goes a long way in helping to maintain sales and overall interest in a new model.
BMW is lucky because there in a position that this won't impact their sales.
People have wanted the X7 more than any other SUV yet. Similar to what can be seen from Mercedes and Audi.

Ultimately what matters is how BMW deals with issues like this.

That can be said for any automaker in almost any SUV segment. Demand is through the roof!
