Speed max BMW x7 40i

I have BMW X7 40 i 2019r 4700 km I buy from BMW new car. Maximus speed my cars 212km/h. It should drive 245 km/h. Servis told me that car don’t have any speed lock and don’t have any defect. Has anyone the same situation? The car is new, on guarantee. Bought it on june 2021 in Poland

Not related to the topic but isn't it the same car that was stolen in Birmingham. Some goofs got into X7 by mimicking the remote car lock frequency. And now I hear this about the speeding. Hmm..Really weird don't you think? The only reason that the stolen car was recovered is due to the car tracker installed in it.
